Welcome to InkFired Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InkFired Co. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Because some products are produced or printed after an order is placed, minor variations in print placement, color, size, or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice and to limit quantities available for purchase.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from InkFired Co. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, payment issues, or other order-processing problems.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters production or fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be added where required and will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides technology that enables us to operate our online store, but purchases made from InkFired Co. are transactions between you and InkFired Co., subject to applicable Shopify services and payment-processing arrangements.
